  • Simply fill out our online scheduling form, choose your service(s), and submit payment. We’ll pick up your laundry during your selected window, professionally wash, dry, and fold it, then return it clean and ready to put away.

  • Please place your laundry in standard kitchen-size trash bags (13-gallon). Tie bags securely and leave them in your designated pickup location on the scheduled date. A team member will be in touch to confirm pickup time.

  • No. We take care of sorting whites, lights, and darks.
    If you have air-dry items, delicates, or special instructions, please clearly label and note them in your order form.

  • We use a gentle, fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergent that is safe for sensitive skin and color care.
    If you prefer a specific detergent, you’re welcome to provide your own.

  • Whites are washed separately using warm water and a gentle detergent. We do not use chlorine bleach unless specifically requested. Optional oxygen brightening treatments are available upon request.

  • We do our best to treat common stains, but stain removal is not guaranteed. Please point out any stains when scheduling service so we can treat them appropriately.

  • Yes. Items you mark for air-dry will be washed gently and laid flat or hung to dry. Please note air-dry items clearly on your order. If requesting items to be hung, please supply hangers.

  • For safety reasons, we do not launder:

    • Items heavily soiled with oil, grease, paint, or hazardous materials

    • Items contaminated with bodily fluids (beyond normal wear)

    • Pet bedding with excessive hair (unless approved)

    If you’re unsure or would like to discuss an exception, feel free to contact us before scheduling.

  • Laundry service is priced by the bag, using standard kitchen-size trash bags. Additional services (such as air-dry, bulky items, or specialty care) may incur additional fees.

    Prices start at $35 for 1st bag, with each additional bag $30.

    Sales tax is applied as required by local and state regulations and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Upon submitting service request form, an invoice will be generated. Payment is due prior to clothing drop-off. All major payment methods accepted.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • While we treat every item with care, Fetch & Fold is not responsible for:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Manufacturer defects

    • Items not labeled for special care

    Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, not the replacement value of items.

  • We proudly serve St. Petersburg, Florida and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service zone, feel free to reach out.

  • By scheduling service with Fetch & Fold, you’re trusting us to care for your laundry using standard, professional washing practices. While we handle items thoughtfully, we cannot guarantee stain removal or prevent normal wear, shrinkage, color bleeding, or issues caused by manufacturer defects or undisclosed special care needs.

    Please remove all personal items from pockets prior to pickup. Fetch & Fold is not responsible for items left behind.

    • Items contaminated with excessive bodily fluids

    • Items with mold, mildew, or strong odors beyond normal wear

    • Items that pose a safety risk to our equipment or staff

    Photos may be taken at pickup, during sorting, and at drop-off for quality assurance and documentation.

    Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can review them promptly.
